First, a word about the materials we use:
For longevity and to avoid fading, prints should be framed behind glass and kept out of direct sunlight. Tote-bags are made with iron-on material by Epson or
Avery, which is washable. For best results, turn the bag inside out, use cold water and expect some fading after repeated washings. Silk and cotton scarves and fabric bowls are washable. Hand wash with delicate detergent.

email us.
You may return or exchange a print or photo-craft within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. If there is a product defect with the soap, please return it to us for quality control reasons within 30 days for an exchange or refund, less shipping. After 30 days, please
email us about any problem and we will work with you to resolve it.
